Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At The InSite Company, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with your website within the first 30 days of your subscription, we will issue you a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify for a full refund under our satisfaction guarantee, you must:

• Be a new subscriber (first-time customer)
• Submit your refund request within 30 calendar days of your initial payment
• Contact us at support@theinsite.dev with your request

2.2 Subsequent Billing Periods

After the 30-day guarantee period, subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription after the first 30 days, you retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period, but no refund will be issued for that period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@theinsite.dev with:

• The email address associated with your account
• The date of your initial payment
• A brief description of your reason for requesting a refund (optional but helpful)

We will process your request within 5 business days and issue the refund to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• Requests made after the 30-day guarantee period has elapsed
• Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service
• Cases where a chargeback has already been initiated with your bank
• Renewal payments after the initial subscription period

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve any billing concerns quickly and fairly. Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension of your account and additional fees imposed by our payment processor.

6. Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method. Paddle's processing times and any applicable fees are governed by their terms and policies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
